All items that are shipped include an insulated stryofoam box with gel-packs and moist paper to insure that your product stay's cold and/or alive.

All packages are shipped via FedEx or UPS. There is no signature required upon delivery, This Means you must make sure you are there to recieve your package or specify where you would like your package put if your not present.
Priority Overnight – FedEx delivers Priority Overnight packages by 12:00 pm to city and suburban areas, and 4:30 pm or earlier to remote areas the next business day after being shipped. Live lobster delivery is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
Standard Overnight - Is our recommended method for shipping live Maine Lobster. FedEx delivers standard overnight packages by 4:30 pm.
2 Day Delivery - If your order is placed by 1:30 pm it will ship the same day. FedEx delivers 2 day packages by 7 pm.
Home Delivery - Usually takes one business day inside of Florida. It does not include Sundays, Mondays, or holidays.
Saturday Delivery - Is available to most city and suburban areas. Deliveries arrive between 8:00 am and 1:30 pm. For an additional $15 Please call to confirm if you are unsure whether your location is serviced.
Sunday Deliveries - Are not available.
