Dolphin, also known by the Hawaiian name "Mahi-Mahi", is one of the most beautiful fish the ocean has to offer. It has an electric greenish blue back,with a dotted pattern along its side, and either a golden or shimmering silver belly. For a fish this exquisite, the taste does not disappoint. The flavor could be described as sweet and mild. The meat is fairly firm and has large, moist flakes. Mahi-Mahi is the perfect fish for the grill, for a less oily fish it holds up to the flame and stays nicely moist. However it is a verisitile type fish it can also be baked, broiled, fryed, or sauted. Product includes: 1 - 7-8oz. fresh Mahi-Mahi fillet. |
