The Black Grouper fish has snow white meat and is known for being quite tasty. They are one of the Florida Key’s most prestigious fish that are most sought after from fish, seafood and sushi markets. Black Groupers are a reef dweller and are most abundant during the winter months. The average size is 20 pounds. The Grouper's moist and flavorful meat excellent when cooked using several different methods. It can be prepared by oven, deep fryer, stove top, or grill.
